We are taking on Door Supervisors to work on bars, primarily in the Wearside area. We provide fully trained and licenced SIA door supervisors for various licenced venues.

Door Supervisors are often the first and last point of contact your customers have with your establishment and Black Star will make sure they receive the right impression.
The welfare of your premises, staff and customers is very important to us. In order to achieve this our, all our security staff are trained in first aid and health and safety procedures along with conflict resolution and counter terror awareness.
You must have experience working in a busy and fast paced environment. You will be the face of these new venues so applicants must be well groomed. You will be responsible for the safety and security of customers and staff.
Duties will include (but not limited to)
Greeting customers
Idea checks
Patrolling, watching people's behaviour and dealing with conflict, both inside and outside the venue.
Toilet checks
Recording incidence
Liaise with police and other authorities

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
